June 2010 will be full of legends of rock, as well as legends of the Guitar Hero franchise. Activision today announced the official June 2010 downloadable content schedule and it is sure to please fans who were clamoring for a change in the DLC structure.
While most of the weeks are remaining consistent with the three-songs-a-week concept, one week will see fans receiving a whopping six songs. Not only are they high in numbers, the songs that week are by fan favorite Steve Ouimette. Ouimette recently redid many national songs from around the world and now Guitar Hero is releasing them in celebration of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Also arriving this week are three packs by legendary groups Alice Cooper and Stone Temple Pilots. Not into classic or hard rock and looking for something a little more recent? Well in the final week of the month, Guitar Hero will be bringing a three pack of the popular pop punk group, All Time Low.
