I haven't checked in with you blog-wise since mid-November and thought I should say hey!  I survived Thanksgiving and no, I did not do the black friday thing...I'm trying to make my gifts this year myself and between that and decoratiing, Christmas cards and recitals, I'm bushed already and it's not even December...how did our parents get it all done without the internet and smart phones???  I guess that's part of the magic of the Holidays, that somehow we all manage to get it all done!  Starting December 8th Van and I will be pulling a finalist in our FAB FOUR THE HOLIDAYS contest...we've teamed up with the EXCLUSIVE COMPANY and will be giving away Beatles CD Box Sets, on every Thursday in December...enter your name now at wibafm.com...then if we announce it on the air, you have ten minutes to call us back and claim this awesome prize valued at $250...and we won't mind at all if you want to regift it under the tree!  That's all for now, have a great week! OMG! it's already only one week until Thanksgiving...WHERE DOES THE TIME GO!!!! Happy Marine Corps Birthday and Semper Fi!  Today is the 236th birthday of the FEW, the Proud, the Marines and I for one am very proud of our all of our armed forces! Tomorrow we will celebrate them all on Veterans Day, be sure to show them your support and thank them for your FREEDOM!  On the show today I'll have a Jimmy Page update, a Rolling Stones Jam session and info on the latest DVD from RUSH...It's all coming up today on the Misa Liller program 1-4pm on 101.5 IBA-FM...HOO-RAH!

Finally it's Friday again and we've got another Football filled weekend! Badgers face Purdue tomorrow at the Camp and we'll have all the action with Lucas and LePay on WIBA-FM, plus the Pack Is Back and they'll take on the Chargers on Sunday with a 3:15 kick-off and we'll have it all with Wayne and Larry on 101.5 WIBA-FM.  Van Edwards will be checking in during the 3 o'clock hour of my show Live from the Farm and Fleet in Verona, to tell us all about their huge Jeans sale.  You can stop by and say hi, until 5pm....otherwise, have a great weekend and we'll talk again on Monday!  See ya..

TGIF and another busy weekend at the Classic Rock Station!  Today on the show we'll talk about Bob Segers Fall tour, and it's Neil Pearts 59th birthday...Don't forget to join Mike "the Hammer" Ferris and myself at Badgerville tomorrow before the Badgers take on the Beavers, we'll be hosting the festivites on the North side of Camp Randall stadium and we'd love to meet you!  Sunday marks the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy and you can get involved at 911day.org.  The Pack looked awesome last night and of course everyones looking for the World Champions to repeat this year...in honor of that here's one of my favorite bits about the Packers from one of my favorite shows Mystery Science Theater 3000....enjoy and have a "SUPER" weekend! OMG! I can't believe that it's August already...July just sort of disappeared in a wet and steamy heat!  Let's hope this month gives us some decent SUMMER weather!
