30 years ago Thursday, April 25, Jimmy Page and Paul Rodgers played with Bill Wyman, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood of The Rolling Stones.They were part of Wyman's side project, Willie and the Poor Boys, and on this day in 1983 they recorded their interpretation of the Otis Redding classic "These Arms of Mine." Page has posted the song's video on his website, and earlier yesterday we spoke to Rodgers. He told us, "That was an amazing video, because Jimmy and I actually took the place in the Stones in a way, of Mick and Keith... It was a great honor. For a minute I was part of the Stones."

Rolling Stone Magazine has compiled a list of tours that they would like to see next year and if they got their wish, it would spell the end of touring for four acts - Billy Joel, Simon & Garfunkel, David Bowie and Genesis with Peter Gabriel.  These are the tours that they'd like to see happen in 2013...U2 in arenas, Van Halen with both David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar, Elton John doing some of his classic albums in their entirety, Buffalo Springfield, and the Eagles with all seven members.  Personally, I'd like to see Jeff Lynne reunite with ELO and I'd like to see Led Zeppelin tour one more time with Jason Bonham behind the kit....who would you like to see tour in 2013?  Just wondering....Lisa
